Property is ours we just closed escrow. Met with the builder and project manager and did a walkthrough of the property. We discussed the placement of the house. I think they were impressed the Brenten and his brother had already staked out potentially where we wanted it. Reviewed his potential house plan changes and agreed to send them off to the architect to update the drawings.
